Will my Mercedes-Benz manufacturer’s warranty be affected?
No, as all work is carried out in accordance with Mercedes Benz service schedules and specifications. By adhering to these specific standards, owners of vehicles still under manufacturer warranty can rest assured that their full warranty rights are not affected. This is in line with the European Union Block Exemption Regulations of 2002.
Does my repair or service come with a guarantee/warranty?
All our work is guaranteed and we are only happy when you are completely satisfied with our work.
Will my service book be stamped?
Yes, all servicing work will be certified with a "Vantech Mercedes Specialists" stamp.
Are you fully insured?
Yes all of our work is fully insured and guaranteed.
